My firm is a general civil practice in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. I have served west central Wisconsin for over forty years, handling estate planning, probate & estate administration, real estate, business & commercial law, contracts, elder law, landlord/tenant law, and lemon law. I represent clients in every level of the Wisconsin state and federal court system.

In my probate and trust practice, I have been involved in estate planning, the creation of living and testamentary trusts, and litigation over contested matters. I have served as a frequent lecturer in probate and estate planning matters to both lawyers and the community. I am also an elected member of the American College of Trust and Estate Council, which is an honor given to preeminent attorneys in the field of estate planning and probate law.

In connection with my business practice, I have served on the Board of Directors of more than five local businesses, participated in the sale of several major industries, helped organize many small corporations, and advised many businesses on a variety of business interests.

In connection with my real estate practice, I have been involved in the leasing and sale of both residential and commercial properties and the resolution of various title problems. I have taught a course for realtors for more than thirty years and served as a lecturer in various real estate educational programs for both lawyers and the community.
